Needless to say, the reigning CMA Entertainer of the Year Eric Church is on a whole other level these days as he gets ready to release three albums “Heart” “&” “Soul” next month. (“&” is available exclusively to members of his fan club the aptly named “Church Choir”). From his epic live shows, to his critically acclaimed music Church has always done it his own way and found a ton of success in the process. It’s no wonder he’s one of the most respected artists by fans and musicians alike. Luke Combs calls himself a massive fan and proved it when he erupted in cheers when Eric won Entertainer of the Year at this year’s CMA’s (which Luke was also nominated for). Fellow artist Thomas Rhett has said he spent much of his early career “trying to be Church” until he found his own sound . He’s even garnered fans in fellow musicians far removed from the Country genre, such as Metallica’s James Hetfield. In anticipation of new music coming in 2021, fans “hacked” his website to try to get their hands on information, something Church called “awesome” and “hilarious”. We got our first taste of new music in the excellent and timely “Stick That In Your Country Song” which earned him his 10th Grammy nomination. Eric has continued to tease fans by releasing new music from the upcoming albums to whet their appetites – and needless to say, it’s quickly become one of the most anticipated releases of the year.Check out some of the releases below, including the most recent release “Break It Kind of Guy”
