Mullets for Mental Health

All March long I am growing out a glorious mullet. Re-living the 70’s (even though I wasn’t alive then)? Maybe a little…. But mostly it’s to raise money and awareness for Mental Health in Canada! Nobody ever has any shame in saying they went to the Dentist or took their car in for an oil change! But sadly, the stigma of mental health is still there- and hopefully we can all work together to remove it once and for all!
